3Health LLC ("3Health," "we," "us") operates shop3health.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or place an order, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information you provide on the checkout form:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Shipping address (for new customers)
• The products, quantities, and any promo code or special instructions on your order
• The referring sales representative's name, if you enter one

We do not collect or store payment card information on this site. Invoicing and payment happen through QuickBooks Online after your order is placed - see "Payment processing" below.

How we use this information

• To create your order, generate an invoice, and arrange shipping
• To send order confirmation and invoice-related emails
• To credit the correct sales representative, if one was named on your order
• To respond if you contact us with a question about an order

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking. This site does not run third-party analytics or advertising scripts.

Third parties we share information with

To operate the site and fulfill orders, some information is shared with the following service providers, solely for that purpose:

• QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) - your name, email, address, phone number, and order details are used to create and send your invoice, and to process payment if you choose to pay online through QuickBooks Payments.
• EmailJS - used to deliver order confirmation and internal order-notification emails.
• Netlify - our hosting provider; order and account data is stored on Netlify's infrastructure.

Payment processing

All payment is handled directly through QuickBooks Payments on your emailed invoice - we never see or store your card or bank account details on shop3health.com.

Cookies and local storage

Your shopping cart contents and light/dark theme preference are stored locally in your browser (via localStorage), not on our servers, and are never shared with anyone. This data stays on your device and is cleared if you clear your browser's site data.

Data retention

We retain order and customer information for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and business records purposes.
